"From the moment I arrived I knew I had chosen an excellent hotel. The welcome from staff was lovely, they were very helpful, arranging to take my case up to my room ,which was also clean, comfortable and had all I needed. I booked with a friend, each coming from different areas and we were next door to each other which was convenient. The breakfasts were good as were the choices at dinner. I cannot complain about anything as everything was just great. I do hope I can book again next year."

"If you are looking to stay in Swansea, this is the hotel I recommend. Right next to the beach, staff were extremely helpful, room was spacious and clean, restaurants close by and short Uber ride from the train station. "
