"The people were very hospitable. Our room andvthe bathroom were very clean, no fuss. It provided all our needs. The bed, to me, kinda felt like a hospital bed. It was very flat, felt like its was vinyl covered, and no padding. All on all we it worked out as far as the price for a one night stay."

"Loved that the hotel is on campus and across the street from my daughter's sorority house. Also love the ambiance. The inside is dotted with history in photos from long ago. The porch I loved! Our room was first floor and we only had to walk a few steps to sit on the porch. Nice views from there. Everything was blooming and I enjoyed the fragrance of the flowers too. Parking was on site and plenty."

"We rented two rooms. Both were excellent. The rooms were clean. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. The bathroom was just right. The room temperature was great. The hotel was quiet. The front desk employees were pleasant. The lobby was clean and the breakfast was wonderful. Mini waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage, yogurt etc. the coffee was smooth. Would definitely stay here again. "

"One of the cleanest hotels in the Fayetteville/ Bentonville area. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Good breakfast It’s an 8 minute drive to Dickerson street. But there’s no where to walk to. The only good place is rated 3 stars so I avoided that. Uber eats or drive to get food I would stay here again "

"It is very charming and historic. There are a few fabulous places to eat nearby and a convenient gas station across the street. Although it’s a distance from Fayetteville and the university it’s really easy to hop on the highway and be there in minutes. A wonderful free breakfast."
