"It was a good price and close to where we wanted to be. The property manager was very responsive and I would give him 5 stars. It was a little more run-down than expected and the pics of the pool and "dock" were a bit misleading. But overall it good. "

"This condo was great! It was very clean. We had everything that we needed. We had easy access to the beach, dining and a Wal-Mart within walking distance. "

"Well heads up you have to pay $50 to park here, after paying $2100 for 7 nights. We got locked outa our room 3 different times because the code kept changing, once I was on hold over 30 minutes while standing in the heat till we got in, the other times we just left and it was along time before we got a call to get back in. So aggravating!! We drove 7 hours to come here for a dance competition and my daughters costumes was in the room while the code wouldn’t work and we was almost late for dance....

"The apt its self was perfect for us. Wash is a tad small but got the job done. However, be sure you are careful where you park. Its hard to tell what are reserved spots and not as the paint is wearing off. Alsobif you have a low to the ground vehicle drive very slow as there are huge pot holes you almost cant miss to drive over. Overall the actual apt was very nice and the management helped with any questions I had. Not sure they can do much for the actual parking lot."

"Everything about it I liked. Gold fish, coffee in the morning, swimming pool with privacy, you look around while swimming and you see plenty of plants and flowers, butterflies. "

"Had an enjoyable stay; VERY easy check in. Only minor issues we had were the guest bath shower handle was broken, so we couldn't use the shower (only bath). And not all the televisions worked. One of the best things about the place was how NOT @sshole-ish the condo people were. We didn't have to scrub the place down with a toothbrush like some places make you do. Also, great pools, game room, and a movie room!"

"This unit was clean, had a good view of the gulf, and was small but fit our needs for 6 people. I notified Vacasa the next morning when we discovered the toilet in the master bathroom wouldn’t quit running on its own after flushing. We had to use a glass & fill the tank with 5 glasses worth of water to get it to stop running, every single time we used it. I sent a 30 second video to Vacasa guest service email as requested. No one came by to fix it during our 4 day stay. There is a tile that was...

"Great property for the price. We stayed just after a hurricane. The owner communicated great and we had a blast. We will revisit. "

"So the property was beautiful, but I would have liked to know there was a limited parking of 2. This was not disclosed when booking, you're a limited two parking Per the hoa, and even though it was not fully booked, they would not let me park my third vehicle and offered to pay but I had to park in public parking about 5 or 10 miles aaadown, which was not bad, but was $20 a day."
