"Stayed here to celebrate my 40th birthday with friends and family. Laurie was extremely helpful and communicative when I was trying to figure out all the logistics. She was easy going and incredibly responsive. The house is beautiful and the views we had on the deck and the lawn looking out at the fall foliage were unreal. My friends want me to turn 40 every year so we can stay at this house. "

"Our family really enjoyed our stay at this farm house. Everything was clean and the property manager was very helpful. Having all the animals was a big plus. Mattresses were very confortable. The property is absolutely beautiful and it offers many amenities. We will definitely be back for our next ski trip."

"It was even better than the pictures. Some things that stood out were 1) how comfy the beds, comforters, and pillows were . 2) the open space with the beaming rays of sun coming in through all the windows 3) the location! Big property and close to downtown. No complaints at all! My family and I had a blast. Great for all ages, including infants as I brought mine and there was a crib for him. Host was great at communicating too. "

"The property was as described, and I wish I could have stayed longer and enjoyed the surroundings more. It's a short walk to a nice park by the river. The house itself is comfortable and well-appointed. I appreciated the easy style, the good WiFi, and nice kitchen."

"Booked this for my bachelorette party as a getaway retreat style vacation for myself and 5 friends. The gathering spaces were perfect and the pool and hot tub were so nice to have. Beautiful view out the back door and even watch a doe and lamb hang out multiple days. It was very relaxing to be here. Please note that getting Ubers and taxis are challenging in this area if you plan to go to Hudson or other locations, we somehow did it, but it wasn’t easy! Otherwise, it’s a great place to gather...

"The pictures do not do this home justice. The house is just beautiful, roomy, and plenty of beds and rooms. Everything in the home is clean, fairly new, well stocked, and working well. Strangely enough there is no microwaves but that didn't effect us at all because we had a professional cook with our group. There was nothing we needed in the home that we had to go get. "Escaped Long Island’s noise, traffic and overall stress . Listened to owls, watched birds soaring, kicked up leaves and gazed at the periwinkle colored mountains while perched on a bench. Felt safe enough knowing civilization was near enough, would have liked a landline phone just in case of an emergency "

"We had a great time at the cabin! It was the perfect escape from the city. The view was gorgeous, and the cabin had everything we needed. We also tried to use the canoe but the padlock is stuck, it might be rusted/need to be replaced. Otherwise everything was perfect!"
