"Our visit - albeit brief, staying less than 24 hours - was seamless thanks to AC Hotel by Marriott. Everything was within walking distance, check in and check out were easy and quick, the room was ample, clean and comfy and the bar was lovely. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

"We took our Mom away for the weekend and enjoyed an evening at the Salem Cross Inn. Accommodations were nice despite the cold weather. We found the parking to be a little tricky in winter conditions due to the hill. The bedrooms were comfort and we enjoyed the ping pong table. Plenty of room around the diningroom table for games and snacking in addition to meals. Kitchen tools need updating as well as pillows, blankets and ping pong paddles. Plenty of hot water for multiple showers. Porches were wonderful for excellent view of the lake. Would recommend this rental for a large group and would stay here again - definitely in warmer weather."

"The historic part of the hotel is as you would expect small. I recommend staying in the newer buildings. We stayed in the infamous Room 40 of the historic section. It’s definitely a bit creepy and is allegedly haunted. It features a huge antique King size sleigh bed. Great for couples. We didn’t see any ghosts, but the desk got complaints that we were moving furniture around and the TV was loud. Neither of which was true. "
