"Very Friendly and very clean! Seems recently updated as well. With all new bathrooms and furniture. New flooring, and seems like halls where getting ready for new paint. Only downside was at breakfast ran out of many items by 9:15 and didn’t replenish but breakfast went till 10am. So that was disappointing when the people in front of me loaded up their plates, and I didn’t get much after them even waited while staff was around thinking they where bringing out more breakfast meats, but no. "

"Love staying at Greystone Inn and Suites. Every employee is always so friendly, welcoming, helpful and make you feel like you’re part of their family. The ladies in housekeeping do an excellent job of cleaning the hotel itself and keeping the guests rooms smelling and looking great and keeping them stocked. I can tell by that that these ladies take pride in the hotel. The ladies at the front desk are always so welcoming and actually smile while they are checking you in. I’ve stayed there so many times now that they know me by name and that means a great deal to me. Seems to me that Mr. Lumpkin hired a great group of ladies to clean and run the front desk and the hotel. Keep up the great job ladies. You all are doing an awesome job! Thank you, Kerri Leach"

"Bathroom outlet does not work, bathroom lighting poor, shower gets water all over(a lake) be cause frame straight curtain curved,, tv a mess with two remotes, never called on wake up call. Reception clerk wonderful at check in"
