"The property is perfectly located for spending time on a wonderful sandy beach. In the evening, when the tide is in, you can hear the sea while sitting in the back garden. The kitchen is well equipped (we cooked dinner every evening and breakfast half the mornings). The cottage is being well maintained with some items clearly fairly new. "The holiday break was perfect for us as we were three separate households but one family. Luckily the weather was very good enabling walks from the accommodation and outside play on the lawn area. We made full use of the excellent on site farm shop and the swimming pool which was near by. Norwich is a very nice city to visit, and my wife and I called at Diss on our journey to the farm, again well worth a visit. This was a happy family time to celebrate our 50th wedding aniversary"

"My patner and i stayed along with our 3 children who are 12, 15 and 17. Very close to the beach and Cromer is virtually on your doorstep, the house has everything you need for a stay away from home and is very clean. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends."
