Uncertainty about check in details, because I didn't receive the code to the key lock. Luckily the property was unlocked & key was inside. Issue with guttering kept us awake at night due to heavy rain. "We stayed the last weekend in January for my mum’s 80th birthday celebrations. We were lucky with the weather so used the rowing boat which was great fun. The place was perfect with enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone and everything you could need, including a large fridge and plenty of crockery. "Great little cottage.Struggled to find the key holders building as the sign is small, it was dark and very busy. The company with them Arnold Keys had a big sign that I did notice on the way in and would have helped to look for that.Had a problem with the shower and it was a new plug it needed and was sorted in couple of hours. "Loved the property and the living area and kitchen are bigger than they look in the photos, especially the living area. The location is close to a lot of lovely places to visit. The only issue I could see is the parking and I think this should be mentioned in the listing. We have a Qashqai and struggled to get the car far enough off the road to be safe without going into the ditch although it was very wet weather and the verge was very muddy. Also you wouldn't be able to have more than one car...

"An update of the photos would be beneficial as the kitchen has been beautifully renovated. I found the property to be clean, comfortable and inviting, however, additional cutlery would be useful as the only ones available are plastic and children’s sized. Although out of the property owners control, a barking dog kept me awake most nights, but, for my dogs the property was ideal with even a stair gate to prevent them going upstairs. There is also a really useful courtyard area at the back."

"What a wonderful weekend spent in this beautiful lodge in the norfolk broads . The pictures do not do this place justice it is beautifully furnished and decorated and so comfortable. We came for two nights with my friends and parents and had lovely relaxing evenings sitting round fireplace playing board games. I arranged a boat trip with the host Andrew for the saturday in the cruiser boat for 4 hours which was worth every penny it was pouring with rain but didnt spoil our fun we enjoyed seeing...
