"We had a wonderful stay at the Peninsula. The home was clean and stocked with lots of amenities to enhance our stay. The bikes, beach toys and chairs, and baby gate & crib were a wonderful plus! And the community was amazing. My family loved the pools, pickleball and walking/biking paths!"

"Beautifully decorated home. The home was very clean. We had 10 people in our group, ages 3 to 71. We were very comfortable with the space. The beds were very comfortable. The development offered many activities. Shopping and dining was nearby. A fun time was had by all."

"Overall we enjoyed the property. However there were a few things that could be addressed. The ice maker didn’t work. Some of the remotes didn’t have batteries and others were corroded. There were 4 remotes for the TV but no instructions on which one did what. There was only a tiny bit of hand soap left in the master bath and the one in the secondary bath only had water in it. The shower door for the master bath doesn’t close and therefore gets the floor wet and slippery which caused me to fall."

"Bathrooms need to be updated. The upstairs bathroom shower had an awful leak that drenched anything left on flood. No backyard for outside sitting. Nice house, A/C works great, great location, host super attentive and answered any question immediately throughout our stay."

"Property was overall very nice but some things needed attention. Because our rental was in December, I would recommend more blankets. The combination microwave/oven over the stove was not working properly. The oven portion worked but the microwave was not. The cleaning service could also do a deeper cleaning. Pantry floor and under/behind dressers was not clean. Overall though, these were things we were able to deal with. Wonderful vacation"

"I didn't hear from someone about our check in process via email, 1 week before check-in. Check in process was not clear. The code for the mailbox was already put in so anyone can grab your envelope with room code. The property is walking distance to the ocean, beautiful view from the balcony. It is an outdated unit. It was inconvenient that you need to strip down beddings, wash the dishes and take out your trash. The stove wasn't working well, only 2 of them and was very smelly"
