"I am hesitant to leave a good review, as I would like to keep Coral Bay Villa a secret. This location just cannot be beat. This is not our first time on Cayman- and given this find, it will not be out last. Steps from an amazing and quiet beach; with arguably the best snorkeling on the island..... at your back doorstep.The porch is spectacular and the unit well-appointed and clean. "We were a family of 4 and stayed for a week between Christmas and New Year's. This property exceeded our expectations! It is truly beachfront and comes with paddleboards, floats, life jackets, beach towels and great beach furniture. The layout is terrific, the rooms were very comfortable and spacious, as were the bathrooms. "Our family of 5 stayed in this great condo 1/11-1/18 2025.First of all, Lorna and Lisa were great communicators. The condo was clean, has very nice furniture and decor. The kitchen has everything and anything you will need! (Made me very happy since we cook in the condo.) The Cayman Reef Resort has a nice pool, lounge chairs and beach area. The location is in walking distance to the grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and shops. We'd love to stay again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed and was very well kept & clean. One thing that was a bit annoying is there is only 1 key to the condo, so make sure to not lock yourself out. I happened to have a lanyard with me that we put it on & that worked well for us. Something else to note is that the entry into the ocean is very rocky, not just some small rocks either. If you’re not agile I wouldn’t recommend trying to go in. I wouldn’t feel comfortable with smaller children...

"We absolutely loved this condo. The views were incredible and you cannot beat the access to the beach - 12 steps from the patio steps and you are in the water. The condo was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything that you can possibly need. The owner was very responsive and he made sure we were comfortable during our stay by answering all of our questions, sharing restaurant recommendations, and providing extra blankets when we needed them. "Property was very nice and is located in a quiet part of the island. Excursions are easily accessible from the Rum Point area. If you are looking to get away from the busier area of seven mile beach this is the perfect location. The beach at the property was nice but the ocean was not usable during our stay due to high winds and waves on that area of the island. There is a small ocean pool that was usable and would be great for small children. Overall great time and excellent accommodation."

"This condo is on the southern edge of 7 Mile Beach. Restaurants and a modern Kirk's grocery store were nearby. The condo and its entire property were wonderful and fulfilled all advertisements. The owner, Rod, met us upon entry; he explained everything and even provided welcoming snacks and a bottle of wine. Rod responded immediately to all communications. "The condo was wonderful and exactly as pictured. The kitchen amenities were outstanding, we had everything needed to have an outstanding experience. Two bedroom TVs worked but would not bring up channel programming, but this appeared to be experienced by private owners as well. "The Indigo exceeded all our expectations. Amazing staff, beautiful accommodations, excellent food and extremely kid friendly. Despite not being on the beach, it’s an easy/ safe walk or golf cart ride away. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"We loved our ocean-view king: lovely room, nice balcony, coffee and fridge, great dive shop staff, nice pool and hot tub, lots of fish in the reef and the area right off the property’s dock, lovely restaurant with charming staff. We didn’t have a car, but had no trouble getting public buses to and from great snorkel spots down the west coast and around the south shore, or to the Botanic Gardens. They stop at Finch and Fountain (heading east) or Andersen and Birch Hill Road (heading north) in a loop that goes past Foster’s (a big grocery store) and heads down Seven Mile Beach to Heroes Square in Georgetown, where you can transfer to east end or Rum Point buses."
