"A nice hotel centrally located making it perfect for a stay in southampton. The king room felt spacious and the bed was comfy. The gym had plenty to help me burn off a little bit of the breakfast buffet, which was fresh, tasty and gad plenty of variety. The Pool was nice and warm. Would stay here again"

No lift to our room on the third floor in the annex , for anyone with disability or breathing problems it’s not a good option of room . And at no point were we asked. Our first visit to Brighton and it hasn’t put us off returning in the future. "

"Very friendly, willing to please staff. Superb breakfast even during renovations. Great location for city centre, eating out and for the port. A pity the significant renovations were not mentioned prior to arrival. Refurbished room almost perfect. Big beds, large window, excellent smart TV, tea, coffee, fridge, water and best of all the toiletries. However, the wardrobe is far too small and there was no thought given to space for hanging up a hand towel and two bath towels."
