"Great staff"

"We were here 2024 October between two hurricanes. The staff then were overworked but still very professional. This trip 2025 May had many of the same staff. The were just as professional and friendly. The dining here is fantastic. One of the best breakfast buffets. Kitchen is very accommodating. Their other restaurant (Oystercatchers) is higher end and is awesome. They changed their menu from our last visit but it was still amazing. We will stay here again. "

"Very big, i didnt like mandatory valet service for a daily fee even tho it was convenient and staff was super nice. Ours was waved due to disability. Cart rides were available to different areas of the resort. Were we supposed to tip for each cart ride? Great view of golf course except in day carr drove right by our patio. OUR FAULT WE LEFT COURSE SIDE PATIO DOOR UNLOCKED . medicine was stolen while we were gone. No cameras. All other area were excellent. Pool was awesome, huge, windes around, plenty of seating.pool bar. Restaurant by pool has great food at reasonable prices and excellent staff. I recommend the resort and id go again. "

"My bathtub had a clog. I reported it to the front front desk who said they’d take care of it, but they never did. Wasn’t the end of the world standing in an inch of water while I showered, but annoying they didn’t fix it. I was only there 3 nights so not a big deal. "

"I really enjoyed my stay it was amazing when I walked in it smelled so fresh and clean and the gentleman at the front desk was great customer service and Ms Faith was amazing on assisting me at ck out the next morning and was a great help and very professional and her customer service skills are amazing I highly recommend this hotel I rate this hotel more than five starts my stay was amazing really enjoyed it keep up the good work ms Faith ur doing and amazing job "
