"I was disappointed that the air conditioning wasn’t working and spent my stay sweating instead of relaxing. It is not fair for the amount of money I paid to not have AC in a super hot room. House keeping didn’t even change the towels or gave shampoo or soap. They went in fixed the bed and left "

"Noisy because the room is next to the street I couldn't sleep at night, no air condition and it was really hot during that week so even more sleep deprived, the staff forgot to come back to make up the room and room is very expensive for that quality and the check out/ refund/ cancellation is not flexible, really upset with this stay"

"The apartment is tastefully appointed and comfy. The bathtub is amazing, as are the views. We had a lovely time and definitely want to return. The town is also quaint and great."

"Wir waren 2 Nächte zum Blütenfest da. Die Entfernung zur City ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung ist schön und Preis / Leistung stimmt. Vielleicht mal das Besteck durchschauen. Es fehlen Teelöffel, ansonsten ok."

"Beautiful location with many things to do - bikes, paddleboard, volleyball, ping pong, etc.. Karsten is a fantastic host! The photos do not show it well but there is a lot of space with the 3 floors. The couch turns into a huge bed and there was a good sized cot for my teenager that fit well downstairs plus the upstairs bedroom. We all loved it there!"

"We have stayed here before and have enjoyed our visit also. The hotel is a five minute walk From the Hauptbahnhof and 20 mins from the Bundestag and brandenburg gate. We were early so left our cases in the secure storage until the evening. We were advised the quieter times to check in but there is an additional auto check in. The staff are friendly and helpful as always. Our room was standard as we are only sleeping and showering there so didn’t need a fancy room. It was spotless and has a good hot shower, it was warm too as it was a bit chilly this last week in Berlin. We had the breakfast option, there is lots of choice and it’s frequently replenished catering for every taste. The only gripe was the bed and overly soft pillows but no bed is going to be as good as your own and extra pillows are available from reception. Another good stay and I am sure we will be enjoying another soon. "

"Outstanding Stay at Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin – 10/10 We stayed at the Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin from 19th to 22nd February 2025, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Location: The hotel’s central location is perfect, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Rooms: Spacious, modern, and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Cleanliness: Impeccably clean throughout, from rooms to common areas. Price: Excellent value for money, offering a high-quality stay at a reasonable price. Breakfast: Delicious and varied breakfast options, with everything fresh and well-organized. Staff: Friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist, making us feel truly welcome. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!"
