"Will definitely will be going back to this hotel when we go back to Ottawa. The staff are super friendly, polite, helpful and made checking in a breeze. The room was amazing, king bed with a kitchenette, loveseat recliner small table with chairs, desktop computer. The room was very clean and housekeeping came and made our bed and changed towels. The breakfast was included and there was so much to choose from. They have a gym and laundry room which are free to use and laundry soap included. I...

"The HOTEL IS AMAZING and so is the staff. Only trouble was the nearby construction woke us up at 7 am with a pile driver!!! Stay here when construction is finished. "

"Clean in all areas. Great staff at the reception who helped with all of our queries. We ate dinner at the on site restaurant and the food was very good with great staff. We had a suite and it was very large with a full kitchen. Beds were very comfy. Love the area also that was walkable and close to many sites and areas for shopping."
