"We had a lovely few days stay. Everything you need is in the kitchen, even as far as washing powder. The cottage is old so the stairs creak a bit but thats only to be expected. Beds comfortable as well as the sofas. It is a dog friendly cottage even supplying the dog bowls. The only thing we found is you have to drive to the beach to walk the dog as we didnt feel comfortable walking along the lanes."

Coffee and bakery 50 feet away. Pub with meal service 500 feet up the lane. Comfortable, large, well equipped, and charming. Will stay again at the next opportunity. Great communication with the owner and easy access to the property. "

"Very clean, furnished beautifully. Great location for walks, for staying back and reading a book and for a short walk to a pub with lovely food and the biggest menu ever seen! Lots to do within short travel. We enjoyed an afternoon on the canal boating. Has a lovely pub/restaurant and there was a pop up food van. Ventured to Glastonbury, always an experience. Would love to go back again. "

"Lovely double-height living area, enough room for a family of five for a week. Well-equipped kitchen, with slate floors throughout the downstairs. Nicely finished upstairs, although headroom is a bit tight in places. Good shower downstairs, but we did find the water was a bit too hot coming out of the taps, so we had to be careful, particularly with the kids, when washing hands etc. Upon arrival we felt that much of the kitchen stuff needed a wash before use, as it was a bit greasy. "We were all very impressed with the place, for a huge property it was exceptionally clean everywhere and filled with everything you need. Bigger with some older style rooms, it gave a great feel for hide and seek. It provided a good base for all of us to hang out together whilst giving some space, great for games and a couple walks in the area. We really enjoyed our cold pond dips followed by warming up in the hot tub. This was already warmed up for us on arrival and lots of wood and starters...
