"Very very average. Air con doesn’t work, lamp broken and wobbly in bedroom, spa way too hot and cannot be adjusted (had to find a hose and add cold water) the couch is very uncomfortable. Overall it’s aged and odd. Not even good to take pets as there are no fenced off area’s."

There is plenty of space to ‘stay in’ with a whole lounge room, day lounge and side table in the enormous bedroom, or sit in the garden or on the front balcony with a great view over the town. Parking is easy, right by the side gate, and it's just a short walk to shops and cafes."
