"Wonderful vacation at this wonderful beach house. Thunder cove beach is stunning. The house is well appointed, and had everything we needed. I would ask for more information in the guest binder. (Area highlights, restaurants, what’s open in the shoulder seasons, how to get down to the beach, if swimming is advisable,). Central island location, ideal for day trips. New sheets are needed for the two kings and more responsiveness from the management company would be appreciated"

"Because weather is unpredictable, this place is perfect if what you want is to share time with friends or family you don’t get to see too often. Plenty of room (and then some) for three adult couples - each had their own bathroom as well; well-equipped kitchen; lots of indoor/outdoor seating (covered and uncovered); BBQ; hot tub (sheltered); indoor sauna… this home really does have everything. It is also very tastefully decorated and homey. And although it might not be available for every...

"The facilities were clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the campfire, use the barbecue, sat inside in the screened in tent/ gazebo The only challenge was that the road sign was missing. We definitely recommend this as a vacation location"

"We enjoyed the peace and quiet after a busy day touring the Island. The Big Cottage is an older building with a cozy, rustic feel. Everything you could possibly need for your stay is provided. Just bring food and your personal belongings and you are set! The property is large, a long way from the road and very well maintained. Kids and dogs will love it!"

"This amazing property defied all of our expectations! The location was magical--private in a meadow of wildflowers, yet only 10 minutes from town, the beach, and great dining. The house was clean and so comfortable for our week-long stay. The added games, DVDs and water sports equipment was perfect. Even the mosquitos accommodated and weren't very bothersome. Erika was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We're already talking about coming next summer for two weeks at Windy Dreas! ....
