"We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses."

"While I know I came before official check in time, no rooms were ready. There was no one at check in so I had to look for someone. They said I could wait in their sitting room for a few hours until a room was ready. I asked where their restaurant was so I could get breakfast as it was about 1030 am and they said they weren't opening the restaurant that day... Taking it as a sign of things to come, I just left and booked a room at Galle Face Hotel instead. "

"While Ashan and his mother were helpful, I cannot recommend this location. The bed was a combination of slippery mattress and too small unfitted sheets, which made them impossible to keep in place. There is no AC, only fan..it's hot..only cold water shower.,no tv... It should be rated 1-2 stars"
