"We enjoyed our stay. It is a spacious place and a good location. We walked to the Mainz Fußball stadium for a game. We bought pastries at the gas station across the street in the mornings. We walked to the Mewe grocery store around the corner. Our only complaints were that there was no washing machine as listed, no WiFi or internet as listed, and no responses from host during our stay. "

"Neighborhood in Mainz was delightful! Sleeping arrangements as advertised - two bedrooms which sleep 2 each on 2nd floor, and one bedroom with other beds/futons on top floor. Kitchen was a bit underequipped compared to our other European VRBO experiences - no vegetable peeler, no saucepans smaller than multiple gallon, very minimal spices. Kitchen not really equipped to cook. Backyard is NOT AS ADVERTISED - overgrown and unkempt waist high grass made it unusable except patio and table directly...

"Wir haben mit der Familie ein paar schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Unterkunft war grundsätzlich gut und nett eingerichtet, was uns gefallen hat. Es gab jedoch ein paar Punkte, die nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen entsprochen haben.Zunächst gab es etwas Verwirrung beim Inserat, da die Angaben zur Wohnung nicht ganz klar waren. Wir gingen von 6 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern aus, vorgefunden haben wir jedoch nur drei bis vier Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer sowie eine separate Toilette....

"Das Wochenende in Mainz war sehr schön. Das Hofhaus war schön gemütlich, sauber und einladend. Im zugehörigen Innenhof konnte man sich gemütlich und in Ruhe aufhalten, was bei dem Wetter perfekt war! Der Vermieter, Ingo, war sehr zuvorkommend. Er hat während dem Wochenende immer wieder sichergestellt, dass es an nichts fehlt und super Programmtipps für in und um Finthen gegeben, die man sonst vielleicht nicht gefunden hätte. "We enjoyed our stay. Great location, very close to S-bahn 8/9 (one stop from FRA AP). Nicely decorated. Only negative for me is that the bathroom vanity is high for me since I'm petite but still worked out. They had large bath towels that is rare. We met the daughter as we were leaving, and she was coming in and chatted with her briefly letting her know that we enjoyed our stay."

"The property is surrounded by beautiful fields and vineyards in a non-touristy part of the area, but also close to towns like Mainz, Wiesbaden and Heidelberg. Very close to local supermarkets too. It was great for us - clean & well appointed. Only downsides were no Wi-Fi (which we knew about beforehand) and the property on-site wine tasting was shut for a holiday whilst we were there."
