"We checked into to the hotel on Sunday, October 1st after a 5 hour drive. The self check-in worked fine and we retreived our key. However, upon entering the room, we discovered that the room had not be cleaned from the prior guest. It would of been better if they seated smokers at one side of the outdoor restaurant and non smokers at the other. We felt like we were in a village but only 45 mins (or less) from the Frankfurt airport.
