A truly special place

"Absolutely gorgeous location - really spectacular! Everything was first rate. The restaurant was superb, we had dinner there twice and both meals were fantastic. We totally loved afternoon tea. The view from the veranda while drinking a nice glass of Riesling was just beautiful. And don't miss the museum next door - very interesting with some lovely views over the river. Unfortunately, our room was very plain, it could have done with a few pictures on the walls or some more TLC but that is a minor complaint when compared to how excellent everything else was. "

"For anyone looking to stay in high or low season, Marions place is great. A perfectly short walk to the downtown, a ahort deive to rudesheim, where you can visit nearly everything you need to, be it a long, or short stay."

"Marco checked us in, showed us to our room, and explained everything in the room. We had a beautiful view of the river and castle from our balcony. The restaurant food was great and Marco also took our order and sat down with us and answered every question about the area. The absolute best service I've ever had!!! Graat, quiet but fun hotel in great location!"

"Restaurant and location. Jacob, our waiter several nights was personable, attentive and fun The restaurant was a great location outside in front of the hotel. It would of been better if they seated smokers at one side of the outdoor restaurant and non smokers at the other. Germany in general allows smoking at outdoor seating which can be unpleasant for non smokers"

Modern apartment in the beautiful World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley

Lovely property and a great location to explore the Rhine valley

"The apartment was a lovely layout and in great condition. The garden was beautiful and we really enjoyed using the pool. Monika and Klemens were friendly and helpful hosts. We hired a car from Mainz and enjoyed taking day trips. We would love to come back next year!"

"Our family of 4 had the best possible experience staying with the amazing Hölz family. Their friendliness, generosity and hospitality made our stay memorable. We can only highly recommend this accommodation. It is near to a train station and has beautiful views over the Rhine. We fell in love with the place and the people."
