"Bathroom is extremely small for the size of the room. No food options certain hours of the day. Elevators are really busy sometimes during check out hours. Nice and close to Bryant Park, Grand Central station. Room was a good size and comfortable."

"I love Art Deco and the hotel is designed in this style. I don’t like brown carpet though! The bathroom gets four and a half stars - it was missing an exhaust fan to control the humidity. The bed was very comfortable. It was clean but still felt a little outdated."

Hoboken very close with great restaurants and quaint little bars within walking distance. Hotel restaurant was excellent. If it wasn’t for my last experience with customer service and the room I would have considered staying here again.

We ate Chart House. The food was fantastic as always. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. We had a beautiful view of NYC. Recommend going if you've never been.
