"This loft is perfect. It is beautifully designed, immaculate, extremely well equipped, and with a great location on the main block of Utica, which is a fun little town. The stairs are plentiful and steep which is the only problem if someone is not able to handle that. I highly recommend this place. "

There were a few things that were of concern, the balcony was infested with spider webs and it was obvious it had not been cleaned or had any human presence on it in months.
