"Hard to rate this because we didn't stay. We arrived at the location with zero information on check-in, other than the address. We reached out to the owner and heard nothing, and the voicemail was full and out texts went unanswered. The property had people going in and out of the main house, but no one came out to check with us. Reached out to VRBO customer service and they got us moved to another spot for our trip. Neighborhood was nice and seemed quiet. "

"This review is actually for Gator Manor, as we upgraded prior to our stay. The property managers were so flexible in helping us do so, and were so gracious in providing accommodations for me and my family. We were able to host a small gathering for family during my wedding weekend, and got so many compliments on the property. It is truly a beautiful house and highly recommend to those who need to host larger family gatherings. "
