"The property is as described but just wish we could have access to the open water if we wanted to rent a boat. We also want to disclose that if you are considering this home for the 4th of July or a day in which there could be fireworks, the neighbors were shooting fireworks until 3:30am. Overall a great house for a family rental."

"This is not a rental where the pics look nice and when you arrive you realize it’s filled with cheap furniture and run down finishes. It is obvious these thoutful hosts take great care of their property and their guests. Everything was immaculate from the yard to the dock to the furnishings inside. We were welcomed with all the supplies for smores (including firewood any fire starters) and they put out the kayak as they knew we wanted to use it. "We loved this house! It was *almost* perfect. The only issue was that we could not access the boat slip and had to tie our boat to the cleats on the dock. Fortunately, the cove had very little wind and it was not a huge issue. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!"

"This a cute little place to stay minutes from Granbury and steps from the lake. Clean tiny home that was just right for our stay. Wi-Fi available. Host communication was spot on. Just the place to get away for the weekend or the week. Love watching the deer roam through the yards. "

"My best friend and I enjoyed a weekend of shopping and relaxation, this was the percect space. The unit is up one flight of stairs (above a garage). The unit looks brand new! The beds are comfortable and the ac works great. The sunrises were beautiful and the sound of fish jumping out of the water right in front of you was neat."

I highly recommend Urbanology (and already have to several friends) as its evident they have put a ton of effort into making the stay easy and comfortable in their modern yet tribute to vintage house. "I chose this property because it was real close to the NRS Arena where I was participating in a team roping clinic. Great quaint home in a peaceful neighborhood. House was extremely clean and had all the amenities I needed. Check in and out was a breeze."

"We were pleasantly surprised with the looks of this tiny house. We had not be in one before and were super how much room there was. The bathroom was bigger than we had imagined and the host made sure that we had everything we need. There was even a basket of items to make S’mores over the fire ring that is available. We will definitely stay there again when we return to the area!"
