"Let's start with the good. Convenient location for our son's wedding at Evergreen Farms, lots of space and parking, modern kitchen, working internet and modern TVs (that even allowed streaming from our phones). Easy interactions with both the manager and the owner. Now the not-so-good. First, the owner was supposed to meet us at check-in, but never showed up. We were given the lockbox code so we were able to get in without a problem, but no tour. The odd decor hits you immediately upon entry....

"Our stay was only one night, but it was a very fun night and morning. The property was beautiful. The walking trails were great for a morning walk. The goats and Shetland sheep were pretty cool to meet and pet. Michael the owner was a great host. The treasure hunt was a fun plus for the morning. Definitely would recommend. "We stayed for 2 nights in Aug with husband, our teen kids, and their friends. Plenty of room in the house and the views from the big windows are amazing. The house was clean and we were impressed by how many things were included. Outdoor activities were endless; fishing, paddle boards, kayaks, fire, corn hole, etc. We plan to come back next year for a longer time. Highly recommend "

"Visiting from NC for family wedding. This was the perfect spot for us, on tranquil, beautiful Wincheck Pond. The pine paneled 2-story house is well appointed, clean and comfortable. Yes, it has its own sandy beach, with propane fire pit, 2 canoes, 2 kayaks, and paddleboards. The owner was kindly attentive in assuring we had all we needed. Henry David Thoreau would've appreciated the quiet, natural setting, with wildlife and foliage galore. Two amazing hiking trails were only 1/2 mile away. ...

"We were here for our son’s wedding. The house was perfect for our stay. The rooms are big and comfortable. The house is very spacious. It was the perfect space for all the groomsman to get ready at. Everything was as listed on VRBO. Host was quick to respond. "

"Sleeping accommodations, towels, linens, and kitchen were fine for our needs. Some minor improvements could be made: Better directions on how to open door-there is a push system that the host had to describe to me to open door. Can't imagine trying to open in the dark with just instructions that came with house. Also, could use more kitchen towels and some scissors. Tub jacuzzi tough to get in and out of. You need a pin for TV to download favorite apps-none was provided. Neighborhood was easy...
