The room was super clean, the breakfast was fantastic, and the location made it really easy to get around and explore. The best part was definitely the staff—they were all so friendly and helpful. Special shout-outs to Paul and Jasmine at the front desk, and Melanie in the back of house, for going above and beyond to make our stay extra pleasant. If you're heading to Orillia, we'd definitely recommend checking out Fairview Inn. It made our trip so much better, and we're already looking forward to our next visit!"

"We had booked this room because of a terrible experience we had with the Stone Gate in orillia. The front desk people were so friendly Carrie and Josh. from the moment you walked in the doors you felt welcome. We booked in on the 7th Feb 2025, which was a huge snow storm. The highway was closed down because of a 50 car pile up. Around dinner the parking lot started filling up with people who had been stranded on the highway all day. Because of the weather there were some staff that could not make it in, so they were short handed. there was one server-bartender and one cook. Our server slash bartender ( Michelle) was amazing. She kept everyone up beat and had a smile on her face the whole time. There was a bit of a wait for food, but it did come out in a timely manner considering the droves of people coming through the doors. The lobby was packed and Josh and Carrie handled it very professionally. Everyone was nice including the guests. The staff were so kind it kept everyone calm and relaxed.
