"Beautiful cosy cottage in a sweet little village. We had the most wonderful mid week family break. Very nicely decorated with everything you would need. Steep stairs and uneven floors but nothing we couldn't cope with-added to the fun! We took the new family puppy and it was in a perfect location for the county park and lovely walks. Would definitely recommend and hope to go back!!"

"We travelled up from Devon (myself & husband) and London (sons & partners), and after a long, challenging journey we were delighted to find a beautiful, clean and comfortable base for our stay. The location was perfect for meeting up with family for a meal at the Oaksmere hotel (5 min walk), for attending the wedding in Eye (2km away) and the reception in Upper Oakley (also 2km away). The comfortable lounge/ seating area was perfect for us all to watch the Coronation on the large TV screen, and...

"Lovely house in a lovely location but we had a few issues. The property details said there was a barbecue which had planned to use. There was no barbecue! Instead we had to use the ovens in the kitchen. Both ovens were very dirty one of them filled the kitchen with acrid smoke as soon as we turned it on . It was such a shame because the standards of cleanliness elsewhere in the property were very high. With a barbecue and a clean oven this would have been a pretty much perfect house."
