"It was a quick and simple check-in. Miss Jazzy, the front desk person, had a wonderful personality, and she was very knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area. The room was clean and well lit and just a pleasure to be in. At check -out, I would have liked to have gotten a receipt, as this was a business trip, but it was explained to me that I could not get one, since I booked through hotels.com. This was not Jazzy who helped me, but some other front desk person. I found this odd, as I got one from the hotel in Atlanta where I had stayed the night before."

"Did not know there was a train that runs right by the hotel! The room provides a sound/white noise machine so I turned that on. Luckily I was so tired I fell asleep and slept through the night, but the train was very loud before that point. Staff at checkin was fantastic. Room was beautiful. Wish that the self park area was closer so as a result I opted for the expensive valet option. "
