"The home was clean. It was nice that the home is secluded but in the midfle of everything Athens had to offer. It is an older home, but i liked that and really appeciated that there was an entire history of the cottage and the surrounding homes in the binder with checkout instructions."

"House needs some help. Dishes are dirty and left in the dish washer from previous guests. The dishes available are random and unorganized. The pullout mattress is filthy, flat and covered in stains. I did not check other mattresses due to being scared what I would see. The mattresses did seem to be very old though. Furniture is very outdated and impossible to clean. Shower in the basement leaks. Paint is falling off and chipped. There is a wasp infestation living in the ceiling fan on the back...

"We absolutely loved this vacation home! It was located right on the lake at Lake Oconee. The location was easy to find and an easy drive to shopping and restaurants. The home was spotless and loaded with everything you could possibly need. We loved the screened porch, the fire pit, the lily pad, and the dock. We cooked on the grill two times. Check in was easy. Mark was wonderful to work with also!"
