"We love Waterton and we love staying at the Crandell! The only suggestion I’d make is that the beds are high ul (ours was anyway) and could maybe do with a little stool beside them so short people like me with mobility issues can get up onto the bed easier. It wasn’t impossible and this isn’t really a complaint, only a suggestion. Other than that…everything was just perfect! We will see you again in March!"

"My personal experience was of amazing customer service. I had informed the Inn that I wouldn’t be able to meet normal check in hours, and eventually arrived at 4:30 am. I was accommodated and quickly handed a key to a warm, clean, room with a comfortable bed. Check out was easy too. "
