The house does not have the typical reverse floor plan which was nice, for a change. Loads of space in living area and kitchen. Brach gear was a bonus!"

"We had a perfect stay at Beth’s carriage house. Our family of 4 felt that there was plenty of room in the carriage house. Most of our time was spent in Seaside or in Watercolor. Beth was immediately responsive- really for little questions or recommendations- as we had zero issues during our stay. We’ll be back for sure. Thank you Ms Beth! "

"Loved the location! Beach was within walking distance and restaurants and shops were all within 15mins driving. We were disappointed in the conditions of the hot tub and pool, they appeared to be dirty and the hot tub was not in working condition. The kitchen had several fruit flies so we contacted the property manager and she simply said that we could go get a spray or something and we would get reimbursed but didn’t offer to fix the issue! We are used to having more toiletries at rentals...
