"3 college roommates stayed because new Milford was a convenient location for all 3 of us. Great girls trip catching up with wine snacks and movies. We weren’t familiar with the area so wished we would have stayed closer to town aka the Green but it was nice to have a 5 minute walk down to the little private beach area and an easy 10ish minute drive to town to walk around some shops before heading back to enjoy good company. "This place is amazing!! The house had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed our stay and also be able to host some of our family in the area was precious. My daughters rented equipment for the babies which worked out well. The house is very spacious and 5 adults and 3 children fit nicely. Very highly recommend. The pier was fun to hang out on but due to weather we were to enjoy the lake as much. Easy to find, and owners were very responsive. "

"I love staying here. Each visit I bring something new from Louisiana and leave it for the next guest. The cooking supplies are admirable for a home, and especially so for a home away-from-home. We couldn't find a better place to stay. The beds are super comfy, though the furniture requires extra padding. Fortunately there are lots of blankets to use as cishioning."

We could walk to the library with my 2 grandchildren or drive to the Children's Museum in less than 10 minutes. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. "We had a great experience with this property. It was clean and comfortable. It does not have air conditioning, which was stated in the description of the rental. We did bring a couple of fans for at night, just in case. It was quite warm at night so we used the fans. The neighborhood was fairly quiet which was nice. The grounds are kept up and nice to sit out in the back listening to the birds. The hosts were easy to contact and fairly quick to responding with sny questions or concerns."
