"The house was exactly what I needed to be close to my son at Yale for a few days. The house and neighborhood was great for our dog. The host had just about everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the welcome snacks and extra toilet paper, etc. was welcomed. The only thing I would say is the shower in the bathroom was very small…think RV shower, and there didn’t appear to be a shower head, so the water came out really hard like a water hose. "This property was very new and clean. It had everything you needed. Every room was comfortable and had its own TV. The open layout of the main floor made for great socializing and eating, and the 180 views of the frozen lake (in February) were beautifully serene. They answered questions and helped me understand the offering so I could book with confidence, The home is spacious and welcoming in design. Generous spaces throughout including a very nice kitchen and a basement gameroom that was very enjoyable. "Considering that area does not have convenient hotels, this location was perfect for the event we attended. It was nice of them to vacate their home so we could stay - though we wish that would have been communicated. There is no extra room with twin beds - at least not functional. The property is nice. Whomever took the pictures did a great job. It worked for us for the short time we were in the area."

"We were in town for our daughter’s white coat ceremony at Quinnipiac. We were located in a good area with easy access to the campus and restaurants. The house was clean and met our needs. Our host was responsive to all our questions. "

"We made happy memories over a cold January weekend. We cooked together, sat around the fire, played games and dozed in comfortable beds with high quality linens. We enjoyed the view of the water and the twinkling lights on the property at night. The steam shower was divine. If you like cooking, bring good knives, a veggie peeler and good pans. Plenty of glassware and dishes and some cookware provided. "

"The condo has had quite a bit of updating recently. We were close to shopping and the neighborhood is very welcoming. We were able to prepare Thanksgiving dinner and have it with my son and daughter in law. The hosts were very accommodating and made sure that we checked in without difficulty. They were also available for any questions. We would most certainly rent the property again. Paul."

"Incredible host - Jarrett took care of everything for us and made my Birthday weekend , one to remember. Prime location and the views are just beyond words. Pictures don’t do it justice. If you were thinking of booking this do it immediately because it is something you will never forget! "
