It rained and froze so the rock sidewalk was super icy and the spiral stairs are tight, so be careful if anyone has mobility issues. The owner was responsive and the place was warm,clean and ready when we got there late. The river roaring in the backyard was pretty cool and the layout inside was really well-done. Villas were located far enough away to give space and privacy. You are close to Von Trapp restaurants and amenities but you need to drive into Stowe for other entertainment/restaurants/pubs. "
