Young girl was nice the late night young guy was completely rude and should not be in customer service so hotel is fine if you want it to be quieter you’re gonna have to ask for a room on the inside of the hotel meaning not the room that faces the highway because it is so loud you hear every car that’s on the highway and it is so loud so it’s decent hotel for the money not any issues with the hotel itself just the staff and the fact that just because it says balcony or just because it has a balcony picture does not mean that you will have a true balcony per the manager"
