Staff very friendly, everything was clean, plenty of places to relax which was our purpose of this vacation. One suggestion: make supper from 6:30-8:30 and then start shows at 9:00...10:00 was too late for us. Coffee/Tea service in the rooms would be nice. And we suggest pool/sea side beverage service. Thank you, we had a lovely stay.

Italy in Kenya! Just beautiful.
Wonderful hotel which is run very well. Only problem was access road was shockingly bad - but hey its Kenya! Hotel was 98% Italians - it was lovely. Hotel is huge and lots happening there. Best value for money. Food though was average.

direttore dell'hotel OVVIAMENTE ITALIANO scostumatissimo. mi ha fatto perdere un'ora di tempo per un asciugamano lasciato in spiaggia (lui non mi ha mai detto di dover riconsegnare l'asciugamano in reception) e in maniera molto arrogante mi dice: FORSE NON TI E' CHIARO IO PER QUEST'ASCIUGAMANO SONO CAPACE ANCHE DI FARTI PERDERE L'AEREO, O MI DAI 20€ O DA QUESTO RESORT NON TI FACCIO USCIRE. mai capitata un'arroganza del genere!

Jacaranda è un villaggio molto accogliente e dotato di ogni confort. Sei coccolato dal personale e dagli animatori sempre pronti a coinvolgerti nelle attività che organizzano quotidianamente. Camere pulite e dotate di prese elettriche sia italiane che locali. Il wifi funziona solo negli ambienti comuni anche se molto lento nelle ore di punta della giornata. Cucina di buon livello, mix tra italiana e ricette locali. Mare bellissimo.

JACARANDA PER 4 FAMIGLIE
soggiorno in questo resort/villaggio per 10 notti con un gruppo di amici in famiglia. Noi eravamo in quadrupla con letto a castello, tutti con zanzariere, un bagno ampio, ma arredo piuttosto scarno, visto che c'è solo una scrivania con 2 cassettini e 2 panche, l'armadio è a vista ma piuttosto ristretto per 4 persone. Molto buona la pulizia sia delle camere che degli ambienti comuni. Buono il ristorante con cuoco italiano e personale locale, si mangia sempre tra aperitivi e merende, con frutta, biscottini, pizze. Animazione con animatori locali, ma si parla l'italiano come da noi, visto che anche i cartelli sono in italiano. 3 piscine tutte pulite, il mare ovviamente subisce le maree e non è balneabile come si vorrebbe. lungo la spiaggia ci sono i beach boys, governati dal servizio di ordine e da indicazioni di aver già fatto tutto con questo o quello. portate qualcosa da regalare ai bambini che si trovano più avanti lungo la spiaggia. Pomeriggio rito del tè alle 17 e poi partita di pallavolo. Noi abbiamo fatto anche le escursioni proposte dal resort e sono andate bene, perchè vissute più in esclusiva rispetto alla confusione creata dalle masse dei beach boys, così come il transfer in aeroporto offertoci da un pullman a 54 posti per 20 persone, potendo così dormire per le 3 ore di viaggio da mombasa a watamu pur essendo le strade in pessime condizioni. Perchè ha solo 3 stelle?? ho visto 4 stelle peggiori...Complimenti a Pietro, a Morris e a Manuel e a tutto lo staff

viaggio perfetto, la posizione del resort e bellissima, le camere sulla spiaggia sono molto belle. abbiamo mangiato benissimo, unico appunto varierei in po di più il menù che però ripeto è veramente buono. animazione ultra soft ma se uno ha voglia di fare c'è sempre qualcuno pronto ad aiutarti...superlativi Ailton, Wanessa e Elisabhet che hanno fatto si che la nostra piccola non si annoiasse mai. Capitolo beach boy, fino a quando non avrete comprato da loro qualcosa non vi lasceranno respirare ma dopo qualche acquisto nessuno vi disturberà più. Vedere il fenomeno delle maree è una cosa spettacolare. viaggio e villaggio molto consigliato.

Struttura ottima gestita in modo eccellente. Camere ampie e pulite. Spazi esterni, giardino,ristorante, bar ben curati. L'unico difetto di questo hotel è la pessima strada che lo collega a Watamu, ma in via di sistemazione. Hotel curato su una bella spiaggia, quasi davanti a Sardegna2, sito di escursioni a pagamento x turisti. Personale hotel molto gentile e disponibile. Cucina curata e con influenza italiana. Staff animazione simpatico, tranquillo e disponibile. Ci ritiene rei senza alcun dubbio.

Ottimo sotto tutti gli aspetti, tranne per il fatto che non era stato specificato che la struttura si trova a 10 km di sterrato dal più vicino villaggio (e pertanto dai più vicini supermercati, bar e ristoranti); questo comporta che i prezzi dei trasporti siano estremamente elevati e le condizioni molto disagevoli. La disponibilità dei trattamenti bed & breakfast, o ancora peggio solo pernottamento, sono prive di senso se non come specchietti per le allodole; il prezzo per l'upgrade al trattamento all inclusive soft è infatti ben diverso rispetto alla differenza ipotizzabile in base ai prezzi indicati da expedia (parliamo di più del doppio), ma la scelta diventa quasi obbligata in quanto anche considerando qualche pasto fuori già previsto (es. durante i safari) i costi dei trasporti lo superano abbondantemente. Per una buona qualità del servizio, inteso come trasparenza dell'offerta, tali condizioni particolari dovrebbero essere specificate in sede di scelta di tali trattamenti, in modo che il cliente li possa scegliere coscientemente, e non solo sperando in un presunto risparmio che si tramuta invece in ogni caso in una spesa molto maggiore.
