"Owner has done a terrific job upgrading an old house to create a very cozy and sophisticated apartment. 7 minutes into downtown. The place was immaculate, and everything worked. Great bed! 3 minor issues: 1. the front steps challenged us, but we are 78 and 82. 2. "We really liked the apartment where we stayed at Riverview. The location was excellent, right next to the Point State Park. The apartment is very spacious with a full size kitchen and fridge. The valet guy, Will, was helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
