"The property itself if good. It is large and spacious with confortable beds and a large lounge. Finding it was not easy and the directions were not as helpful as they could be. The details about how to enter/access the property were quite confusing and unclear. The kitchen area was ok but rather surprisingly there were no sharp knives which is quite a big oversight. Overall im left with mixed feelings here. The property was good but the information, booking process and general communication...

"Lovely property in a very convenient location to access town centre. Could only mark it down from perfect on a couple of items. 1, whopping great big water stain on lobby ceiling. 2, milk in the fridge had turned to yogurt. Other than that, again, it was perfect. Would stay again."

"Very nice modern property with secure entrance. Very close to key points such as Shakespear's birthplace and the RSC theatre. Surrounding area has many nice restaurants and cafes. Owner is very helpful when VRBO's website crashed."

"Lovely lady helpfully directed me to the correct address since my sat-nav didn’t. Very helpfully and warm personality. Room was really clean, fresh towels and a comfy big bed. Everything was well put together, no complaints. Would stay there again if I were in the area, wished I had another night there. "

"Please be aware this is a shared kitchen. The property is on a working farm which is off the main road and nice and quiet. Difficult to find the entrance. Look out for the small sign for lower field farm go down a long farm track and you get to the farm. The property could do with some TLC but over all ok. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, spacious, well equipped, secluded and quiet with lovely views over the fields from the balcony. The location was great with easy access to Stratford and the Cotswolds. We met the hosts who were lovely, friendly people and very accommodating when we had a little issue. Can highly recommend the place"

"Beautiful property in beautiful grounds. Kitchen, bathroom and living room spacious. Bedrooms on the small side but functional. What I loved was hearing the outside clock chime the hours. Overall a lovely place to stay"

"Easy to find and enter the property.Very modern and nicely decorated, really spacious, spotlessly clean, very warm and inviting and has everything you need (apart from pint glasses )Beds comfy, but pillows and duvet a little too soft for our liking. Location was perfect, walking distance to shops and tourist attractions. And had a nice view of the high street and Xmas decs.Was surprisingly quiet despite being on the main road. "

"We love the knights village. We visit family in Warwick regularly and always stay in the Knights village. The staff is phenomenal. Some of the most kind people. They are always there to help and are so very hospitable. "
