"The reservation got missed by RINT 32. As a result we had to take a taxi at 23:50 to another hotel for the night and return to Rint 32 by taxi at 11:00 the next day. This effected our sleep on the arrival night and made us skip our tour the following day. Rint paid for the night in the hotel but did not offer to cover the taxi or our missed tour expenses. The dry feature did not work in the laundry facilities and the dishwasher was always full and dirty."

"The property was perfect apart from location. However, after working out the bus service it was fine. The room was adequate, bathroom good. Friendly staff, a busy road ran past the side, but after walking all day I slept like a log.
