"My family and I have been staying at The Cottage on Big Tree Road for Christmas since 2019. The property is very comfortable, roomy, nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. Everything is well maintained, and every year we notice a few improvements. The owners, Jeni and Jason, are very pleasant, helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend this cottage."

"The location was excellent and the hosts were extremely nice and hospitable. Staying here allows use of all the campground facilities (playgrounds, pool,etc..) which gave us more options for things to do during our stay! Our only complaint was with the cleanliness of the house. We had to pre-wash any dish/silverware we used (there was a dishwasher but this was still a little gross), and we noticed the floors were very dirty. "Nice place in a good location for us. We stayed over New Years Eve, and it was very cozy even though it was cold out. Big enough for family to stop by for the evening and spend some time. Quick drive to Letchworth to hike. Instant hot water heater is nice for showering. Electric blankets on the bed we loved also. "We celebrate my Mom's 80th birthday with her children and grandchildren. There was 19 of us and the space was great for what we needed. The game room was great. Everything was neat and clean. "

"Our stay at the Roycroft Inn was impromptu but will leave a lasting impression! We had a four room suite and were taken aback at how big it was. We found the Roycroft to have amazing value for what we paid. A continental breakfast was a pleasant addition to our stay. The spread included muffins, pastries, cereal, yogurt, juice, hard boiled eggs, bagels, fruit, bread for toasting, and a few other quick bites. The breakfast area was gorgeous and filled with light coming in from the giant windows. The sitting area by the check in desk was also very serene, in quite a literary way. We’re only an hour away, so we will definitely be back for a quick weekend stay!"

"I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The exterior of the building looks very average and could use an upgrade, but it was what was inside that counted. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean. My only complaint is that the shower water only got warm, not hot."
