"One of the internal sliding windows, which was about 1.5 metres, jumped out of its rails when I was closing it smashed and just about took me out with it, they were so good about it moving us to a superior room, they couldn’t apologise enough, even though I kept saying to the, it’s not your fault ..."

"We were very grateful for the manager for his help when we had trouble getting into a car park which wasnt big enough for our car . Good to get a room in the block that has a lift . We usually stay here when we stay in Dunedin . Close to shops and restaurants ."
