"Very clean for being in the basement. Great for the price we got it at! Felt very safe in it's location within a beautiful neighborhood with sidewalks. Walked to the market apx 15 min walk there. "This modern apartment is great with excellent location. We spent 6 nights in this apartment while visiting Chicago. We were able to access to a few restaurants around the neighborhood within 10 mins drive. Mark is very easy to reach over through messaging. It is a clean and update apartment with a backyard in a good neighborhood. "

"Apartment in burbs. Good all round. Between $20 & $40 Uber ride downtown pending on time of day. Good aircon in front section, but afternoon sun shines directly on back 2 bedrooms so people sleeping in those rooms left doors open to get aircon cool in at night on 95 degree days. Beds great.
