"We were dissatisfied with the TV options. There were no standard television cable programs available to watch, just independent networks with old programs or just movies. Plus, it was very complicated to process getting to the locations of the programs operating from an X-box set up. We had to contact the host to many times to figure out how to function the tv. "Love this house and have been here before "

"We spent two weeks in this home with our children age 8, 12, 15 and it is a fantastic vacation rental. Access to the beach is a short 5 minute walk, and the property is immaculate. Many things for the kids to do in the house and outside of the house everyday. It is a really nice layout which gives everyone multiple rooms they can escape from each other, as well as a central gathering area around the kitchen which is well stocked and spacious. I would highly recommend this rental for large groups...

"We had a great stay. Everything was stocked. We were just on the edge of town (Seaside,Gearhart and Astoria) It was very quiet and nice. We definitely would like to come back again. We also went fishing in the pond just down the road and my son caught a few bass with night crawlers. Very happy with our stay."

"My family and I stayed at this property during Labor Day weekend and we had a great experience! The property is in a beautiful private neighborhood about 15-20 minutes from Seaside so it's easy access to shopping and other activities. It's about a 5 minute walk to the beach from the house which was along a path cut through the beach grass. The beach is great, there are cars that drive on the beach, which is obviously allowed it was just surprising. The waves make it hard to hear the cars...
