"The hotel is in a great location, clean, and comfortable. Upon check-in, the receptionist was a bit rude. The only complaint is I followed the full instructions to check in online, and then once I arrived, it said I would have to pick the keys up, but I had to redo the entire process again either way, so it was a waste of time. Nice hotel, Great location

"The hotel is in a great location, clean, and comfortable. Upon check-in, the receptionist was a bit rude. The only complaint is I followed the full instructions to check in online, and then once I arrived, it said I would have to pick the keys up, but I had to redo the entire process again either way, so it was a waste of time. They also double charged me the deposit, with no reason as to why and I am still waiting for those to be returned. Upon leaving, the housekeeping and the new lady at the front were very friendly, and overall, I will return as long as the deposit issue gets resolved. "
