"It was not gods from the arrival my name was not appearing on their system I had to wait for them to call the manager it was just a long wait. Then the rooms were full we had to be moved to another hotel and room was not good at all for a cluster phobic people, alcohol cap in the room, we had to go and request for tea, sugar, milk as there was nothing in the room. Towels for one person yet we are a couple. It was not a good stay for me unfortunately and also for a first time it was a very poor service for me."

The facilities were sub par and the staff ( with very few exceptions ) were not at all interested in assisting or being friendly . We received limited information about what to do and what the facilities were . I rarely write bad reviews but we ended up leaving half way through our stay and they were not even interested as to why . We forfeited two night ( and we had two rooms ) it was so bad . "
