"Very nice clean apartment. The only disadvantage is this is a second floor apartment and it is not listed anywhere that you have to travel upstairs to get to the apartment. This became a challenge for my elderly parents. Thankfully we were only staying one night, but getting them up and down the stairs was not easy. Otherwise the apartment was fine. Had everything we needed for the night. "

"I rented this last minute after making a mistake on another rental I wanted. I accidentally rented an entire house with privacy and had it all to ourselves with our dog but the accident was I booked the wrong week, it was the week prior to what I needed and lost all my rental fees. But I was desparate for a place because it was for my sons wedding so 2 days prior to needing it I found this place. It looked exactly like the last one I booked and the size seemed similar so I booked it quickly....

"This was the perfect place for a family of 4. We had a family wedding in Sunapee and it was a quick 20 minute drive to all the wedding activities. Hosts were friendly and very accommodating. We have family with a cabin in Springfield and would stay here again if return to the area. "

There is plenty of room, each space being well thought out, it’s clean, and there’s an ac unit too which we only used a few days. The setting is perfect too, private, nice patio for coffee and a book, and beautiful trees around. The owner is nearby for any help and he is quick to respond and he is so kind. "Stayed in the winter, place got a bit cold (it does not have central heat). Wasn’t a lighter or enough firewood for our stay but the host brought a lighter and more wood. Beautiful pond in the back and the location is good, with easy access to the highway. Neighbors were close by, we were asked to turn off the outdoor light because it was shining into their house. Cottage was clean. There are security cameras outside. Overall it is a cozy place to stay in a good area. "
