"This is our 3rd trip staying at this property. For us, it is very convenient because we have a property 7 minutes away. It is dog friendly, has all the amenities needed for comfort and convenience, is clean, and the location is quiet and somewhat remote. Can only see a couple houses around but all are further up the mountain. We will be going back. "

"So glad we found this little gem! By far one of the most unique places we have ever stayed. Roxanne is truly the BEST host and supplies you with everything you could possibly need. The chocolate covered strawberries were such a treat! We enjoyed a nature walk around the property and the serenity of the atmosphere! Perfect night away from the craziness of life and cozy and dry even through the cold rainy weather! Wish we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be back! Thank you so much...

"Everything was so cozy, clean, & perfect for our little family. Loved the game room/garage & was grateful that the neighbors let us use their dock since the lake is low/property’s dock was not usable. The way the “fun stuff” (hot tub/game room/lake access/fire pit) is laid out makes it perfect for everyone to do their own thing but still be together. "I surprised my husband with a cozy cabin getaway, just the two of us. Time together is hard to come by with two small kids and this cottage was just what we needed. Comfy bed, big tv to veg out to, cute aesthetics, and nice and secluded. My only complaint was that the hot tub was not actually very warm. It seems a bit older so the temp could be due to age, so we didn’t spend much time in it. It did not really impact our stay at all and we still had a wonderful time! Would love to come back again...

"My wife and I wanted a short getaway where we could just relax and do as little or as much as we wanted. This was the ideal place. Only a few minutes from town but fairly secluded; the last rental on a "no outlet" road (except for one more private cabin). The hosts were very responsive and helpful. "

"It was a very nice stay. We have stayed in 10 rentals around Hiawasee/ Hayesville over the years. This as our favorite for 2 people.Quiet and comfy. Stocked and very inviting. Extra snacks and toiletries were an added bonus and very thoughtful and planned out. Might have another couch or recliner chair… A pool table in the big open space would be a great addition in our opinion as we like to stay in. Highly recommended!!!"
