"A lovely countryside farmhouse b and b. The landlady is friendly and helpful, keen to make sure all your needs are met. My room was very comfortable, clean, warm and well appointed. The downstairs lounge was an added bonus. Breakfast had plenty of choice beyond the usual. Kellah is a couple of miles from Haltwhistle in beautiful countryside along country lanes. There are pubs and takeaways in the area, pamphlets and menus provided. It is also a good location for Hadrians Wall, situated between Carlisle and Hexham. "

"Hotel was absolutely amazing and the staff couldn’t do enough for you, our room (26) was perfect, balcony that looked out onto the castle and the music in the drawing room made a perfect castle atmosphere, breakfast was lovely and the staff even do a guided tour of the place with history information and even a video when you get onto the castle roof, would definitely stay again."

"Stayed for one night just wanted a peaceful break and had an excellent experience. The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. We stayed in the chesterfield suite and the room was immaculate and cozy. They provided chocolate and strawberries as we were celebrating a big birthday which was a lovely surprise on arrival. Our evening meal was delicious and very filling and the service was great. Felt very safe and comfortable as well as being very quiet so great to get away to relax. No complaints from our stay and will definitely be returning. "
