"The property was beautifully appointed and maintained. The hosts, Glenda and Peter, were welcoming, friendly and attentive in every way. The original fire place in our sitting room was lit for our comfort, and the central heating kept the entire home warm. The continental breakfast was served in the sitting room, fire lit for our comfort. Fresh fruit/yogurt/juice and toast/crumpet/danishes etc made for a delightful feast!"

"If you are looking for a stay away from your busy life, this is the spot. Peaceful, scenic with abundant bird life and central to towns in south western Victoria, such as Balmoral, Cavendish, Coleraine, Dunkeld and Hamilton. Easy day trips to the Grampians. On a sheep farm and kelpie stud, you will see some of the day to day working of the property. Your hosts Pip and Tom will make you feel most welcome and the property has everything you need for an enjoyable stay."
